Email hello@magikstack.ai. Tell us which brand you were working in and what you were trying to do, and attach a screenshot if something looked wrong.

To report a security issue, email security@magikstack.ai.

Getting access

Access to MagikStack is by invitation for now. Choose Request access on the home page at magikstack.ai, then sign in at magikstack.ai/login once your invitation arrives.

Connect Amazon Seller Central

The connection is read-only. MagikStack reads your orders, inventory, sales, and listings to build your dashboard and your product library, and it never changes anything in your Amazon account.

• In MagikStack, open Channels for your brand and choose Amazon Seller Central.
• Choose Connect, sign in to Seller Central when Amazon asks, and approve MagikStack.
• Amazon sends you back to MagikStack, and the card shows Connected.

Disconnect Amazon

Open Channels for your brand, find Amazon Seller Central, and choose Disconnect. MagikStack deletes the stored credentials right away. You can also remove MagikStack from inside Seller Central under Apps and Services, then Manage Your Apps.

Connect social accounts

Open Channels and connect the accounts you already own. MagikStack publishes to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads, and Bluesky, and only to the accounts you connect. Disconnect any of them from the same page.

Drafts and publishing

With Review first, every draft waits on your calendar until you approve it. With Auto-publish, drafts go out on schedule without that step. You can switch between the two at any time.
